But here’s the truth: while grand changes are alluring, they’re also hard to sustain and can disrupt our lives unexpectedly. Tiny actions, on the other hand, might lack the glamour of big leaps, but they’re the sustainable, manageable, and less intimidating path to real progress. Committing to small actions means you’re more likely to maintain consistency and witness genuine progress over time. It’s about enjoying the journey as much as the destination. For instance:
